Nicholas’ experience includes litigation relating to contractual and commercial disputes, unfair preference claims, disputes over personal property against liquidators and equitable priority disputes involving real property.

Most proud of / biggest win
Achieving a negotiated settlement of a multi-million dollar claim by liquidators against our client which, among other things, allowed them to keep their family home. It’s incredibly rewarding to achieve such a great result knowing the huge difference it made to our client’s life.
