Bridgette Biscontri | Case Manager
Bridgette has in excess of five years experience as a debt recovery paralegal. As a member of our debt recovery team, Bridgette acts on behalf of a range of clients from the insurance sector as well as government owned statutory authorities and a range of corporate clients.
Bridgette has a depth of experience in recovery of statutory debt. In addition, Bridgette has extensive experience in recovering body corporate levies which are payable as a statutory debt under the Body Corporate & Community Management Act 1997. Bridgette’s experience in this area extends from issuing letters of demand through to conducting bailiff sales of property.
Bridgette has strong negotiation skills, and has a clear focus on recovering debts for our clients in the most time and cost effective way possible.
Amy Webster | Case Manager
Experienced in all three of our specialisation areas, Amy focuses her expertise on case management in our debt recovery division.
Amy keeps a well trained eye on a diverse range of debt recovery cases for clients across a range of Australian jurisdictions. Amy’s clients (a balance of direct industry and debt collection agencies), are always well informed of their case progress and enjoy the confidence of knowing their matters are professionally managed along the ideal path to achieving a successful outcome.
Jackie McNeil | Case Manager
Jackie possesses extensive experience in debt recovery across a range of Australian jurisdictions. As a case manager, Jackie ensures that every matter is on the most efficient track, treated with prompt attention and is managed with thorough accuracy at all stages.

Anna Forshaw | Solicitor

As Principal of Results Legal Solutions, Michael provides high level advice to clients from various professional and industry groups in the areas of commercial disputes, insolvency matters (having acted both for and against insolvency appointees) and in complex debt recovery matters.
Michael’s experience has seen him achieve an enviable record of success for his clients. His expertise includes contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, trade practices actions, realising and enforcing securities and general commercial disputes for and on behalf of directors, shareholders and business owners.

Karl Hill | General Manager
Karl is the founder and General Manager of Results Legal Solutions. He possesses a wealth of experience and an extremely successful track record in corporate and personal insolvency, debt recovery and commercial disputes.
