Bridgette Biscontri | Paralegal

Bridgette has in excess of five years experience as a debt recovery paralegal.  As a member of our debt recovery team, Bridgette acts on behalf of a range of clients from the insurance sector as well as government owned statutory authorities and a range of corporate clients.

Bridgette has a depth of experience in recovery of statutory debt.  In addition, Bridgette has extensive experience in recovering body corporate levies which are payable as a statutory debt under the Body Corporate & Community Management Act 1997.  Bridgette’s experience in this area extends from issuing letters of demand through to conducting bailiff sales of property.

Bridgette has strong negotiation skills, and has a clear focus on recovering debts for our clients in the most time and cost effective way possible.
