Professional Biography
Stacy is an Associate with Results Legal Solutions and specialises in commercial litigation, debt recovery and corporate and personal insolvency. Stacy has completed a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours), a Bachelor of Arts and completed her Master of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology, and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia.
Prior to her admission as a solicitor, Stacy worked as a Legal Officer at the Federal Attorney-General's Department in Canberra, providing assistance to those persons appearing before the Royal Commissions into HIH and the building and construction industry.
Since her admission, Stacy has practiced exclusively in the areas of commercial litigation, insolvency and dispute resolution.

- Acting on behalf of a hotel landlord in recovery of possession of premises and advising in respect of entitlements to gaming machine operating authorities pursuant to the Gaming Machine Act 1991.
- Acting for creditors, directors and insolvency practitioners in recovery proceedings during insolvency administrations, unfair preference claims and insolvent trading actions.
- Securing debt payments, enforcing caveats, mortgages, charges.
